Having been searching the internet for a few years looking for the perfect Mercedes E320 CDI Avantgarde this one came up. I couldn’t believe it was on my doorstep ! As the description said it was MINT and it is an absolutely beautiful car, that despite been a 2008 car looks and drives like brand new. To say I’m well pleased is an understatement and what a fabulous buying experience it was at Carworld. Absolute professionalism from the first enquiry, polite, friendly and extremely helpful and honest. Tim & Reece are really great guys to do business with, very relaxed and no cheesy salesman stuff. Found my Ford S max at Car World after searching for the right car. Only been in 3 days but managed to get over to Sheffield to put a deposit on it. Friendly and efficient service. Picked up the following weekend and very pleased.

I purchased a Mercedes C-Class 3 months ago and it was a good purchase. After 3 weeks of purchase, I had an issue with the power steering pump, after I called Tim, he did not hesitate to have this repair and a colleague of him came to pick up the car and then gave it back (This was a really nice touch on his side).

With all things in life, there might be any issues or mistakes, however by purchasing your vehicle at this company, you're really minimizing any possible risks. Tim (and his team) is a really honest salesperson and he will go above and beyond for you to be happy with your purchase.

Finally, I 100% recommend to any one that is thinking about purchasing a car, to FIRST go to Car World Sheffield prior to making any purchase elsewhere. I am definitely buying my next car with Tim and also, recommending all my family and friends to go to see him first.

Purchased a 15 year old X350 XJ from this dealer in December 2021. Tim and his colleague were friendly and happy to answer questions. The car is actually in better condition than they made out, which is rare. Didn’t feel pressured and had the opportunity to take the car on a decent test drive. To be honest the most pleasant dealer I’ve come across, a breath of fresh air in an industry full of rogues. Since purchase I have come across a couple of issues which I will need to get sorted. Unfortunately they showed up outside of the month warranty. To be fair it is an older luxury car so small issues are inevitable just a shame they developed now. Just the normal EGR issues. Overall I do recommend purchasing a car here. Better than 90% of car dealers so thank you and I’ll consider coming back in future.
